Malay Recruiter

We are running a home-based video data-collection project and needs local recruiters with strong networks in Malaysia to help source and onboard participants. What you'll do: - Source candidates from your local network/community. - Pre-screen for eligibility (approved smartphone, Wi-Fi, willingness to record at home). - Go through the screening process and help guide your candidates through sign-up and onboarding. Requirements: - Strong local network in Malaysia. - Fluent in the local language + English. - Recruiting / community-management / sourcing experience preferred. Pay: - Successfully onboarded with incentive the more hour your candidates completed the more payout you will receive To apply: tell us about your network in Malaysia and how many participants you could realistically reach in 1-2 weeks.
