Male Voice-Over Artist for Men’s Health, Longevity, and IVF Education

We are seeking a voice-over artist who identifies as a man to narrate three educational modules focused on men’s health, longevity, and IVF. These modules are being developed as part of a research study exploring how environmental exposures, everyday products, lifestyle factors, medications, and healthcare decisions may influence reproductive health and long-term well-being. The content is designed to speak directly to men and their experiences. Topics may include fertility, sperm health, sexual health, hormone health, testosterone therapy, personal care products, environmental chemical exposures, chronic disease prevention, healthy aging, IVF, and the role men may play in supporting a partner through fertility treatment. The scripts will also discuss women’s reproductive health, pregnancy, egg health, and the physical and emotional experiences associated with IVF. LGBTQIA+ health experiences, gender-affirming hormone treatments, and different paths to parenthood may also be addressed. The ideal artist must feel comfortable discussing these topics respectfully, naturally, and without judgment. Key Responsibilities • Record clear, engaging, and empathetic narration for three educational scripts. • Communicate information about men’s health, fertility, longevity, IVF, environmental exposures, and personal care products in an approachable and relatable way. • Discuss sexual health, reproductive anatomy, sperm and egg health, hormone treatments, pregnancy, and fertility challenges with maturity and sensitivity. • Present women’s health and LGBTQIA+ health topics respectfully and without sounding uncomfortable, dismissive, or judgmental. • Make complex scientific and medical information understandable for a general audience. • Adjust vocal tone to communicate reassurance, education, empathy, seriousness, and urgency as the content requires. • Work collaboratively with our research and production teams to maintain scientific accuracy and the intended tone. • Review and use pronunciation guides and audio reference files provided for chemicals, medications, ingredients, and scientific terminology. • Deliver completed recordings according to the production schedule. Record a limited number of pickup lines when needed to correct missed language, voice-over errors, or pronunciation issues. Requirements • Identifies as a man and can bring an authentic, relatable voice to educational content created for a male audience. • Comfortable discussing sex, fertility, reproductive anatomy, sperm health, erectile and sexual health, hormone treatments, IVF, pregnancy, and women’s reproductive health. • Comfortable discussing LGBTQIA+ health experiences, gender-affirming care, and diverse paths to fertility and parenthood in a respectful and affirming manner. • Comfortable discussing men’s personal care products, hair-loss treatments, sexual wellness products, medications, environmental exposures, and potential health outcomes. • Demonstrated voice-over or narration experience, preferably involving health, science, research, or educational material. • A calming but engaging voice that can maintain audience interest without sounding overly clinical or dull. • Able to pronounce medical, scientific, and chemical terminology clearly and consistently. • Willing to carefully review and follow the pronunciation guides and audio reference files supplied by our team. • Willing to rerecord lines when a scientific or chemical term is pronounced incorrectly. • Able to work under tight deadlines and respond promptly to feedback. • Access to a good-quality microphone and a quiet recording environment. • Must provide a demo reel, portfolio link, or sample of previous narration work. Project Scope and Compensation The project includes narration for three educational modules focused on: Men’s fertility and environmental health Men’s longevity and long-term health IVF, reproductive health, and supporting a partner through treatment The $300 covers narration of the three scripts and one reasonable round of pickup lines needed to address voice-over errors, missed language, or pronunciation corrections. Major script revisions or additional recording requests outside the original project scope would be discussed separately.
