Management Accounting – Monthly Reporting for Property Finance & Lending Companies (Ongoing)

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Management Accountant / Financial Controller to prepare monthly management accounts for three UK-based businesses: • Property Finance Brokerage • Property Loans Company • Asset Finance Business Scope of Work: • Prepare monthly management accounts for all 3 companies • Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cashflow summaries • Reconcile bank statements and loan books • Categorise transactions accurately • Highlight trends, discrepancies, and insights • Ensure reports are clear and easy to understand Requirements: • Proven experience preparing management accounts • Understanding of property finance, lending, or asset finance • Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, or similar • Ability to work from bank statements, loan books, and prior accounts • High attention to detail • Fluent English communication • Ability to deliver monthly reports independently Engagement Details: • Frequency: Once per month (just to do the management accounts) • Budget: $400 – $600 per month • Location: Remote How to Apply: • Summary of your experience • Tools/software you use • Approx. timeframe to run monthly Management Accounts for 3 companies. • Your availability each month
