Management Coaching Review – Leadership & 1:1 Meeting Effectiveness

We are a multi-country youth sports coaching business operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, coaching approximately 5,000 children per week across 1,000+ schools. I am the founder and director, working alongside a small team of regional managers. We are looking for an experienced management coach or organisational consultant to review a selection of our recorded video calls — specifically our weekly one-on-one meetings between myself and our regional managers — and provide structured, honest feedback on how we can improve. What We Need • Review of recorded video calls (weekly 1:1 meetings between director and regional managers) • Assessment of meeting structure, effectiveness, and communication dynamics • Specific feedback on how we can get more out of our managers through better questioning, accountability framing, and meeting discipline • A short written summary of findings and recommendations Ideal Candidate • Background in management coaching, leadership development, or organisational psychology • Experience reviewing or auditing actual leadership conversations (not just theoretical frameworks) • Comfortable giving direct, practical feedback — we are not looking for generic advice • Experience with remote or multi-site teams is a bonus Scope & Hours This is a short-term contract. We anticipate no more than 5–10 hours total per staff member (2), covering video review and a written feedback report. There is potential for an ongoing advisory relationship if the engagement goes well.
