Manager of Influencer Marketing

We're a natural pet supplements brand scaling fast across Europe, and we're looking for someone to own our creator and UGC pipeline. This isn't pure admin. You'll find creators, hand them over briefs, negotiate, keep everything moving — and have a real point of view on what makes content perform. If you can look at a hook and instantly know whether it'll stop the scroll, keep reading. What you'll do: 🎬 Source, vet and onboard creators across our European markets ✍️ Send briefs to creators and review their content with a critical eye — hooks, pacing, structure, CTA 🤝 Handle outreach and negotiation (rates, usage rights, deliverables, timelines) 📦 Decide the right play for each goal — product seeding, paid Partnership Ads, etc. — and match the right product to the right creator 🗂️ Keep the pipeline organised: trackers, deadlines, revisions, payments status You'll be a great fit if you: Have hands-on UGC / influencer coordination experience with results to show Genuinely understand short-form content — why a video works, or doesn't Are a confident negotiator and clear communicator Are highly organised and reliable with follow-ups and deadlines Speak multiple languages (French is a big plus and English is non-negotiable) Are comfortable working with AI tools daily Have opinions on seeding vs. Partnership Ads, and on Insense vs. JoinBrands vs. Meta Creator Marketplace Nice to have: experience in pet, health, supplements or DTC e-commerce, and familiarity with Meta paid social.
