HR Manager / Recruitment Manager

**Location:** Anywhere | **Type:** Full-time ### **About the Role** We are looking for a proactive and experienced **HR Manager** to join our growing team. You will be the key person responsible for building and managing our talent pool and client base. This is not a traditional HR role — you will actively handle end-to-end recruitment for both **candidates** and **clients**, and ensure smooth hiring of developers/freelancers for projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** - Attract, screen, and hire high-quality **Job Bidders** (candidates / developers / freelancers) - Find and onboard **Job Callers** (clients / companies who post jobs/projects) - Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding - Match the right developers with client projects after a job is received - Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for quick placements - Handle HR operations, documentation, and follow-ups - Ensure smooth communication between clients and hired developers ### **What We’re Looking For** - 3–6 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / HR - Strong experience in hiring developers, freelancers, or technical roles (big plus) - Good network in the tech / development community - Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to handle multiple roles (clients + candidates) - Proactive, target-oriented, and good at closing - Experience with freelance platforms or staffing agencies is a strong advantage ### **What We Offer** - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives - Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing platform - Flexible work environment - Direct impact on company growth
