AI & Manual QA Engineer Needed for Web App & Chatbot Testing Short-term QA audit covering standard web functionality and AI chatbot behavior validation Project Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer who can test both our web application and the AI chatbot embedded within it. The ideal candidate understands how to test traditional web functionality AND how AI-powered features behave — including chatbot responses, edge-case conversations, and inconsistent outputs that standard testers often miss. Responsibilities Conduct manual functional testing of all key web app user flows (login, forms, navigation, checkout, dashboard) Test the embedded AI chatbot, intent recognition, multi-turn conversations, fallback responses, tone consistency Identify and document bugs with clear steps to reproduce, severity rating, screenshots, and screen recordings where needed Validate API responses using Postman, status codes, payload structure, error handling Perform cross-browser and mobile responsiveness testing Submit a structured bug report and overall QA summary on completion AI-Specific Testing Required Test chatbot responses for hallucinations or factually incorrect outputs Validate response consistency across identical and near-identical prompts Test edge-case and boundary conversations (off-topic input, empty input, long input) Verify fallback behavior when the chatbot cannot answer Check persona and tone consistency throughout the conversation Requirements 5+ years of manual QA experience across web and mobile applications Hands-on experience testing AI chatbots, LLM-powered products, or voice agents Strong written English for clear, professional bug documentation Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar bug tracking tools Ability to deliver within agreed timeline with daily progress updates Deliverables Structured test cases covering all tested areas Detailed bug report, every issue with steps to reproduce, severity, priority, screenshot/video AI chatbot behavior report, response patterns, inconsistencies, edge cases found Executive summary with overall findings and recommendations How to Apply Please include the following in your proposal: Brief overview of your QA experience (web + AI products specifically) Example of a bug report or test case document from a previous project Confirmation you can start immediately and deliver within 3 days
