Provide help desk support by assisting in troubleshooting software issues raised by users and documenting solutions for future reference. Test Execution and Reporting: Run manual tests across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers to ensure cross-platform compatibility. Record test results, log defects, and produce detailed test reports that clearly communicate findings to the wider team. Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements, focusing on user experience and functionality. Collaboration and Communication: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings as part of the agile development process. Collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, discuss issues, and ensure that testing covers all scenarios. Assist in the preparation and delivery of user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine testing strategies to improve efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and techniques in software testing. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of testing standards and procedures to enhance the overall QA process. Experience with test management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar. Ability to create and execute detailed test cases and document defects with precision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
