About the Application The software consists of two Windows desktop applications that share a common database: Player / Playout Application Media Manager Application The application is used for music catalog management and audio playback. We will provide: Detailed User Guide Step-by-step Test Plan Test Data Sample Audio Files Test Database Scope of Testing The tester will execute a predefined test plan covering: First launch and setup Audio import Library management Search and filtering Audio playback Queue management Metadata editing Validation workflows Import workflows Error handling UI and usability checks Cross-application consistency Test Requirements Testing is required in: English language only Screen resolutions: 1280×720 1920×1080 We are looking for reports on: Functional bugs Crashes and freezes Broken workflows UI issues Layout problems Missing or incorrect text Responsiveness issues General usability concerns Deliverables Test Report For each test case: PASS / FAIL Notes and observations Bug Reports For each issue: Description Steps to reproduce Expected result Actual result Severity Evidence Screenshots Screen recordings for major issues (preferred) Requirements Preferred qualifications: Experience testing Windows desktop applications Experience creating structured bug reports Good attention to detail Ability to follow a detailed test plan Estimated Effort Approximately 4–8 hours.
