Manual QA Tester (Remote, 15-20 Hours/Week) Real Estate App

We're looking for an experienced manual QA tester to become part of the team at Reventure App, a real estate analytics platform available on web, iOS, and Android. We build software used by hundreds of thousands of homebuyers and real estate investors to analyze housing markets, evaluate properties, and make better buying decisions. As we continue releasing new features, we're looking for someone who can help ensure every release is stable before it reaches our users. This is an ongoing role, not a one-off project. You'll work closely with our developers and become an important part of our release process. If you enjoy breaking software, finding edge cases, and catching issues before customers do, you'll be a great fit. Most of our testing follows documented QA guides, but we're looking for someone who's naturally curious and willing to go beyond the checklist. If something feels off, investigate it. If you think you've found a better way to test something, we want to hear it. You'll be testing across our web platform as well as our iOS and Android apps. Your responsibilities will include: -Testing individual development tickets before they're approved for release. -Performing full regression testing in our staging environment before every release. -Verifying that releases are working correctly once they're deployed to production. -Spending about one hour each day performing a smoke test to ensure the live application is functioning properly. -Testing core functionality including maps, property data, search, login and signup flows, subscriptions, payments, and account management. -Hunting for bugs, documenting them clearly, and verifying fixes after they're implemented. -Participating in a daily standup with our development team to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming releases. -Participating in a bi-weekly bug squash call with the development team to find bugs prior to release. You'll be testing across our web platform as well as our iOS and Android apps, so experience testing multiple platforms is important. This is a fully remote position averaging 15–20 hours per week, although the workload will fluctuate depending on our release schedule. You'll need to be available during EST business hours, as our daily standup takes place between 1:00–3:00 PM EST. Production releases are typically deployed early in the morning (EST), so you'll also need to be available to verify production shortly after releases. We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term working relationship and becoming an integrated member of the team. The ideal candidate has previous experience manually testing SaaS products, web applications, or mobile apps, communicates well, writes clear bug reports with reproduction steps, and has exceptional attention to detail. Experience with Trello, Jira, GitHub Issues, or similar project management tools is a plus.
