QA- Manual QA Tester (Saudi)

The Manual QA Tester role will be responsible for testing key functionality for various web applications including websites, intranet, and core, mission critical business applications. The successful Manual QA Tester will work closely with business users and technical teams to participate in daily stand ups, contribute to missing acceptance criteria, create test cases and test scripts needed for successful execution of functional tests. Roles and responsibility: Perform exploratory testing on UHRS tasks and workflows to uncover defects, usability gaps, and unexpected system behavior. Execute regression testing to verify that new updates do not disrupt existing task processes or judgment accuracy. Create, document, and maintain test cases and scenarios based on UHRS task guidelines and functional requirements. Report, track, and manage defects with detailed reproduction steps, supporting examples, and clear expected vs. actual results. Review and validate task guidelines, judgments, and system outputs to ensure consistency and quality across UHRS tasks. Detect edge cases, broken task flows, and inconsistencies across different UHRS task categories. Work closely with internal teams to clarify task logic, quality standards, and evaluation criteria. Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in software manual QA testing role. Must have experience writing test cases and test scripts. Experience testing in an Agile environment is required. Completion of a testing certification is preferred. Experience with basic SQL query skills is a plus. Must have the ability to provide input during the process of developing acceptance criteria and designs. Must have the ability to perform execution and validation utilizing mobile devices and simulators. Must have experience with providing estimates for testing and sprint planning. Experience with reporting bugs using a tool like Jira or something comparable is required. Must have the ability to work in a team environment.
