Manual QA Tester — Web SaaS Application (Ongoing)

We're building a web-based SaaS platform and need experienced manual QA testers to help harden it before launch. It's a data-heavy business app — lots of forms, tables, multi-step workflows, role/permission boundaries, and document handling. What you'll do: Work through assigned features and workflows methodically Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual behavior, severity, and screenshots/recordings Test across major browsers and screen sizes Re-test and verify fixes Flag confusing or broken UX, not just hard errors You're a fit if you: Have 2+ years of hands-on manual QA on web applications Write tight, reproducible bug reports (we value repro quality over raw volume) Are comfortable with Linear/Jira/Notion for tracking and Loom for screen capture Hunt edge cases — empty states, concurrent edits, odd inputs, permission leaks Nice to have: experience testing multi-tenant or financial/business software.
