Manual QA Tester for End-to-End SaaS Platform Testing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Tester to perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of our SaaS platform. This is a vendor subscription and spend management platform designed for CFOs, Controllers, Finance Teams, and Business Owners. The platform helps organizations manage vendor contracts, software subscriptions, spending, compliance, reporting, and AI-powered insights. We are looking for a tester who can thoroughly evaluate the platform from the perspective of an end user, identify bugs, validate workflows, and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality and user experience. Project Scope The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting manual end-to-end testing across all major platform functionality, including: User Authentication & Security User registration and onboarding Login and logout functionality Password reset workflows User roles and permissions Session management Subscription & Vendor Management Creating and managing vendor records Subscription creation and updates Contract management workflows Renewal tracking and notifications Vendor categorization and filtering Dashboards & Reporting Department Manager Dashboard Financial reporting functionality Data accuracy validation Export and download functionality AI & Insights Features AI-generated recommendations Spend optimization insights Alert functionality Subscription monitoring tools Administrative Functions User management Settings configuration Data management Permission testing General Application Testing Navigation and usability Form validation Error handling Responsive design testing Browser compatibility testing Performance observations Mobile device testing Deliverables The selected tester will provide: Detailed test cases and test execution results Bug reports with screenshots and reproduction steps Severity ratings for identified issues User experience observations and recommendations End-of-project QA summary report Verification of bug fixes after remediation Required Experience 3+ years of software QA testing experience Experience testing SaaS applications Strong understanding of end-to-end user workflows Experience documenting bugs and defects clearly Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar Strong written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience testing FinTech, Accounting, ERP, Procurement, or Subscription Management platforms Experience testing dashboards and reporting applications Understanding of finance and accounting workflows Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Knowledge of basic API testing is a plus
