Your job is to explore the product the way real users will, uncover edge-case issues, verify each conversational flow, and confirm that every button, link, and back-end call behaves exactly as intended. Along the way, please keep detailed notes, capture screenshots or short clips of any defects, and organise them into clear, reproducible steps in a bug tracker (Jira or similar). Cross-browser checks in the latest Chrome, Firefox and Edge are important, and I’d like basic mobile-browser sanity too, just to be sure nothing slips through.
