Manual Vector Redraw of Serif Logo Wordmark + Icon (No Auto-Trace) — Production Files

I have an approved logo concept in PNG format that needs to be professionally redrawn as production ready vector artwork. This is finishing work, not a redesign. The concept, colors, and composition are final and reference images will be provided. Important: I am looking for a manual redraw with clean, optically corrected paths, not an automated trace. The logo is a high contrast serif wordmark with an integrated icon detail, so precision in letterforms and spacing matters. Please include two or three comparable examples of logo vectorization or typography work with your proposal. SCOPE OF WORK Deliverable 1. Primary wordmark. Redraw the approved wordmark as clean vector paths: high contrast serif lettering with optically corrected spacing, and a small sun element integrated into the final letter. Deliver in full color, one color black, and one color white, suitable for both light and dark backgrounds. Deliverable 2. Standalone icon. A monogram of the final letter with the sun element, drawn as a separate master file, not a scaled crop of the wordmark. It needs a heavier stroke weight and an enlarged sun proportion so it stays legible at small sizes. A reference proof sheet showing the intended small size behavior will be provided. Same three color variants as above. Deliverable 3. Favicon variant. A 16px specific version of the icon with proportions adjusted so it remains clear at browser tab size. Please test at actual 16px before delivery. Deliverable 4. Avatar lockups. The icon centered in a circle in two colorways: cream on charcoal and cream on terracotta. Sized masters appropriate for host platform avatars, social profile circles, and business profile use. Deliverable 5. Watermark version. The icon in white at 40 percent opacity as a separate file, for corner placement on photography. Deliverable 6. Brand color and usage sheet. One page covering final color values in HEX, RGB, CMYK, and nearest Pantone for the three brand colors (terracotta, charcoal, cream; approximate values provided, final values to be pinned during vectorization), plus minimum clear space, minimum size guidance, and basic usage rules. FILE FORMATS REQUIRED SVG and EPS masters for all marks, the layered source file (AI or Affinity), PNG exports with transparent backgrounds in three sizes each, an ICO file for the favicon, and a PDF of the usage sheet. TYPOGRAPHY LICENSING All lettering must be custom drawn paths or based on a font with a proper commercial license. If a licensed font is used, please identify the font and license type in writing. TERMS Fixed price with two milestones: milestone one is the redrawn wordmark for review and approval, milestone two is the complete final package. Two revision rounds included. Full intellectual property rights in the final artwork transfer to my company upon final payment. Acceptance test before final payment: the one color black wordmark must be crisp at 120px wide and the icon must be clearly legible at 16px.
