Manual QA tester for paid digital product checkout and web app onboarding

I need one manual QA/usability tester to test the live purchase and first-use flow for a paid digital product called the ThriveFoundry 30-Day Goal Completion System. The product is a web-based goal completion system for people who want to finish one meaningful goal in 30 days. A customer buys through Shopify, receives an access email, creates an account, completes the initial setup, and reaches their first daily execution screen. This is not a branding review, SEO audit, or marketing strategy task. I need practical QA feedback on whether the buyer journey works clearly and reliably. You will test: 1. Product page clarity before purchase 2. Shopify checkout flow 3. Payment completion 4. Access email delivery 5. Whether the access email lands in inbox, spam, promotions, or another folder 6. Access link from the email 7. Account creation 8. Initial goal setup inside the app 9. First daily execution screen after setup 10. Mobile usability 11. Desktop usability 12. Any confusing copy, broken buttons, layout issues, errors, or dead ends Required devices: * Desktop or laptop using Chrome * Mobile phone using your normal mobile browser Safari testing is useful if available, but not required. Important purchase detail: The product price is 49 EUR. During the test, you will purchase through Shopify using a real card. I will refund the 49 EUR product purchase through Shopify after the test is complete. The fixed project fee is payment for the QA work. The product purchase refund is separate. Expected time: About 60 to 75 minutes total. Deliverable: A clear written QA report covering: 1. Device and browser used 2. Purchase time 3. Whether checkout worked 4. Whether the access email arrived 5. Where the access email landed 6. Whether the access link worked 7. Whether account creation worked 8. Whether the initial setup was clear or confusing 9. Whether the first daily execution screen made sense 10. Any mobile layout problems 11. Any desktop layout problems 12. Any bugs, errors, broken buttons, or dead ends 13. Screenshots or short screen recording where useful 14. Top launch-blocking issues, if any 15. Top non-blocking improvements, if any Please do not apply if you only provide generic comments. All screenshots, notes, recordings, bug reports, and QA findings created for this project are work product for this contract and must be delivered only to me through Upwork.
