Manufacturer & Factory Sourcing Research – Wood Furniture, Tableware & Ceramic Mugs

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to research and identify **direct factories and manufacturers** across four markets: Indonesia – 4 states/regions × 5 factories = 20 factories China – 4 states/provinces/regions × 5 factories = 20 factories Vietnam – 4 provinces/regions × 5 factories = 20 factories Malaysia – 4 states/regions × 5 factories = 20 factories This means a minimum of 80 qualified factories/manufacturers in total. For each country, the research must cover at least 4 different states, provinces, or regions, with a target of 5 qualified factories from each region. Our main product categories, in priority order, are: 1. Wooden Furniture 2. Wooden Tableware 3. Ceramic Mugs & Drinkware We are not looking for trading companies, agents, resellers, or general wholesalers. We are specifically looking for genuine factories and manufacturers that actually produce the products themselves. For each qualified factory, we would like to research their product catalogue and identify products relevant to our requirements. Where available, we would like to obtain the MOQ and pricing for the products we are interested in, together with information about the other products they manufacture and sell. The objective is to understand the factory's actual production capabilities, product range, MOQ, and pricing. For wooden furniture and wooden tableware, we are also interested in manufacturing and material specifications such as: Wood species Solid wood or other construction Moisture content (MC) Glue/adhesive used Joinery/construction method Finishing system Product dimensions Other relevant manufacturing specifications For each factory, the research should include: Company/factory name Country State/province/region Factory location Website Product catalogue Products manufactured MOQ Product pricing/quotation where available Wood/material specifications where applicable Publicly available business email Publicly listed WhatsApp/business contact where available Other relevant company information Source links for the information collected Information or evidence supporting that the company is an actual manufacturer/factory All information should be organized clearly in a **Google Sheet** so that we can compare factories, regions, products, MOQ, pricing, and manufacturing capabilities. Important The target is 80 qualified factories in total: 20 factories from each country, covering 4 different states/provinces/regions with approximately 5 factories from each region. Quality is more important than simply reaching the number.** We do not want trading companies, duplicated companies, irrelevant suppliers, or unverified manufacturers added just to meet the target. If you are unable to research and identify genuine factories rather than trading companies, or are unable to handle a research project covering 80 manufacturers across multiple countries and regions, please do not apply. This is intended to be a long-term sourcing research project. If the initial research is completed accurately and the quality is good, there will be opportunities for additional supplier research and product sourcing work.
