Manufacturer Research & Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for an Supplier Sourcing & Manufacturer Research to help us expand our supplier network across Southeast Asia and China. We already have an established supplier network. The objective of this project is to identify and evaluate additional genuine manufacturers that can become long-term manufacturing partners. We are looking for suppliers that may offer better product quality, more competitive pricing, stronger manufacturing capabilities, greater reliability, or broader product offerings than our existing suppliers. This is a long-term supplier sourcing project. Product Categories 1. Solid Wood Furniture 2. Wood Tableware 3. Ceramic & Porcelain -------------------- Scope of Work Your responsibilities include researching genuine manufacturers, verifying that they own and operate their production facilities, contacting them through their publicly available business contact details, requesting their latest Product Catalogue, Company Profile, and pricing information where available, and compiling all verified information into a well-organized supplier database. Please prioritize manufacturers that are not easily found through basic online searches, as many of the larger and more commonly listed manufacturers have already been contacted. -------------------- Minimum Sourcing Requirements For each country and each product category, source manufacturers from at least four different manufacturing regions, with a minimum of six manufacturers from each region, resulting in 24 manufacturers per product category. The manufacturing regions listed above are examples only. You may recommend other established manufacturing regions that specialize in the required product categories. -------------------- Manufacturer Outreach After identifying each manufacturer, contact them using their publicly available business contact details, including Email, Contact Form, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Phone. Request their latest Product Catalogue, Company Profile, and pricing information whenever available. If there is no response, make at least one follow-up attempt, resulting in a minimum of two contact attempts per manufacturer. If a manufacturer does not respond or is unable to provide the requested information after two contact attempts, record the outcome and continue with the remaining manufacturers. Required Information For each manufacturer, collect and verify the following information: Company Name Company Website Factory Address (if available) General Contact Email WhatsApp / WeChat / Phone Number (if publicly available) Product Catalogue (PDF or Digital Catalogue) Company Profile (if available) Price List or Catalogue with Pricing (where available) Main Products Main Materials Used Export Markets Whether the manufacturer has exported to Singapore (if available) Quality Requirements The supplier database must include genuine manufacturers only. Trading companies, sourcing companies, buying agents, wholesalers, retailers, and other intermediaries should be excluded whenever they can be reasonably identified. All information should be verified before submission. Preference will be given to manufacturers that own their production facilities, have export experience, provide complete product catalogues, and demonstrate strong manufacturing capabilities. -------------------- Deliverables Upon completion of the project, you will submit: A completed supplier database. Product Catalogues collected from manufacturers. Company Profiles collected from manufacturers. Available Price Lists or Catalogues with Pricing. A record of manufacturer contact status and follow-up attempts.
