Manufacturing Recruiter/Sourcer

Role Summary Build and deliver a qualified candidate list against the CNC Machinist job description and sourca's prioritized Priority 1–3 skill criteria. Location: Northern California — exact locations will be provided. Every candidate on the list must be screened against the provided scorecard and verified through a set of pre-developed questions before submission — this role executes the search, it does not set the criteria. Key Responsibilities • Source candidates against the CNC Machinist JD and location criteria provided. • Screen every candidate against P1 (required, must clear all) before considering P2/P3 (secondary, differentiating) criteria. Do not advance a candidate missing any P1 item. • Ask the pre-developed verification questions during outreach to confirm claimed skills and experience (e.g., specific machine types, tolerance work, blueprint/GD&T reading) — do not rely on resume claims alone. • Complete the checkbox-based scorecard for every candidate submitted, showing exactly which P1/P2/P3 criteria were met and how they were verified. • Deliver the candidate list as an MS Excel or Google Sheets file, with the scorecard completed for each candidate, on the agreed cadence. • Keep an accurate outreach record (who was contacted, when, and how) for every candidate engaged.
