ManyChat Automation Expert with Go HighLevel (GHL) Integration

I run a coaching, podcast, and speaking brand (Karl Jacobi / The Grit Factor Podcast). Combat veteran, keynote speaker, founder, and podcast host. I help leaders build resilience and performance through grit, courage, and purpose. Here is the deal. I’d like to use ManyChat to automate conversations across Instagram, Facebook, and Tik-Tok. I use Go HighLevel as my CRM. Right now these two are not talking to each other the way they should be. That is where you come in. What I need you to do: Build and connect ManyChat automation flows that push directly into my GHL pipelines. Lead capture, webinar registrations, follow-up sequences, booked call triggers all of it needs to flow cleanly from ManyChat into the right GHL bucket without manual work on my end. What you will actually be doing: Building ManyChat flows for Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and Tik-Tok. Connecting those flows to Go HighLevel via API, Zapier, or native integration Setting up trigger-based nurture sequences tied to keywords and opt-ins Building follow-up automations for booked calls, no-shows, and pipeline stages Tagging and segmenting contacts correctly in both platforms Documenting everything clearly so my team can manage it after handoff Non-negotiables: Read this carefully. If you do not match, please do not apply. You have actually built ManyChat flows that connect to GHL. Not theoretically. Not "I can figure it out." You have done it and you can show me exactly what you built. You know GHL pipelines, workflows, and tagging. If you need a tutorial on what GHL is, this is not the right project. You can document your work. When you hand this off, my team needs to be able to run it without you. If you build black boxes, move on. No generic proposals.
