ManyChat Automation and Email Syncing

We’re looking for someone to help optimize and expand our existing ManyChat automation system. The majority of the automation is already built and functioning. Leads are currently captured through keyword comments, and initial automated conversations are already set up and running. What we need help with: • Creating follow-up sequences for leads who do not convert after the initial interaction (approximately 2-day, 5-day, and 2-week follow-ups) • Writing and implementing automated response flows within ManyChat • Syncing existing contacts, as well as all future leads, into MailerLite • Ensuring lead data transfers correctly between ManyChat and MailerLite • Testing and troubleshooting automations to ensure a smooth user experience This is a small, part-time project for someone experienced with ManyChat, email marketing integrations, and automation workflows. The goal is to improve lead nurturing and make sure no potential customer falls through the cracks.
