Upwork Job Post Description Project Overview I am looking for an elite ManyChat specialist and social media automation expert to help build a powerful DM-based lead generation and sales funnel for my real estate investing education brand. This is not a basic chatbot setup. I need someone who can think strategically, build clean automations, improve social engagement, capture qualified leads, and connect everything into my existing GoHighLevel CRM and sales funnel system. The goal is to use ManyChat to turn social media engagement into real business outcomes: comments → DMs → lead capture → GoHighLevel CRM → nurture sequence → webinar registration → discovery call → course enrollment. ManyChat can be used to turn Instagram comments and DMs into automated conversations, answer questions, collect lead information, and move followers into a sales journey. ManyChat’s own Instagram product page highlights comment-to-conversation automation and lead capture directly from DMs. ManyChat also supports keyword-based DM automation, where a specific word or phrase can trigger an automated Instagram conversation flow. I want this capability built into my content, webinar, lead magnet, and course sales strategy at the highest level. About the Brand This is a high-ticket real estate investing course and personal brand designed to help new and aspiring investors acquire their first investment property in 90 days. The brand voice is: authoritative, aspirational, bold, supportive, purpose-driven, authentic, clear, direct, and action-oriented. We are building an elite digital ecosystem that includes: Real estate investing course Website and landing pages YouTube channel Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn content Webinars Lead magnets GoHighLevel CRM Email/SMS nurturing Discovery call funnel High-ticket course enrollment The ManyChat system needs to support this entire ecosystem. What I Need Built I need a ManyChat expert who can build and optimize: 1. Social Media DM Funnels Create high-converting ManyChat flows for: Instagram comment automation Instagram DM keyword triggers Story reply automations Facebook Messenger automations Lead magnet delivery Webinar registration Course interest qualification YouTube subscriber prompts Discovery call booking FAQ and objection handling Waitlist and VIP list capture Follow-up sequences inside ManyChat Example funnel: Someone comments “GUIDE” on an Instagram Reel → they receive an automated DM → ManyChat qualifies them → captures email/phone → sends the free guide → pushes the contact into GoHighLevel → triggers email/SMS follow-up → invites them to webinar or book a call. 2. Lead Magnet Automation Set up ManyChat flows for multiple lead magnets, including: First-Time Investor Checklist Top Mistakes to Avoid Guide Real Estate Investing FAQ Deal Analyzer Webinar registration Free training video YouTube subscription bonus “First Property in 90 Days” roadmap The system should make it easy for me to post content with strong CTAs like: “Comment GUIDE” “DM me DEAL” “Comment WEBINAR” “DM FIRST” “Comment CHECKLIST” “DM 90DAYS” Each keyword should trigger the proper ManyChat flow and move the lead into the right GoHighLevel pipeline. 3. GoHighLevel Integration This is extremely important. I already use GoHighLevel as my CRM and sales funnel system. The ManyChat system must integrate cleanly with GoHighLevel so that leads do not sit inside ManyChat without being properly followed up. I need: New ManyChat leads pushed into GoHighLevel Contact fields mapped correctly Tags applied based on keyword, lead magnet, platform, and campaign Source tracking Email and phone captured where possible Webinar registrants routed into the right workflow Discovery call leads routed into the right pipeline stage Course interest leads segmented from general followers Hot leads flagged for follow-up Automated tasks or notifications for setters/sales team Proper handoff from ManyChat to GoHighLevel email/SMS nurture sequences GoHighLevel supports workflow webhooks that can send data to external systems, and its webhook documentation explains that webhooks allow HighLevel to connect with external software and services. Zapier also connects ManyChat with thousands of apps and can help move ManyChat conversation data into the rest of the business system. If native integrations are not enough, I expect you to use Zapier, Make, webhooks, or API solutions to make the system work smoothly. 4. Sales Funnel and Qualification Flows Build flows that qualify leads based on: Beginner investor status Investment goals Available capital Credit readiness Location Timeline to buy Interest in course/coaching Webinar interest Discovery call readiness Pain points and objections The system should help identify who is: A casual follower A warm lead A webinar prospect A call-ready prospect A high-ticket course candidate The goal is to reduce manual work while making sure serious prospects are moved into the right next step. 5. Engagement and Growth Automation I want ManyChat used to increase engagement across social media, not just capture emails.
