Manychat Automation Setup for Rock Band

EDIT: After speaking with several associates and taking a deeper look at the scope of this project, I’ve realized that we need a more comprehensive build than originally anticipated. I’m updating this job listing to better reflect the full scope of our needs. We are looking for an experienced partner to help build out a lead capture, CRM automation, and Email/SMS marketing system for our rock and roll band. The primary goal is to capture leads from our viral Facebook presence and turn that audience into usable first-party data, including email addresses, phone numbers, and location information. We want to create a system that helps us better understand where our fans are located, communicate with them directly, promote shows and releases, and build a stronger long-term fanbase outside of social media platforms. This project would include the initial setup and integration of tools such as Manychat, CRM workflows, email marketing, and SMS automation. We are looking for someone who is experienced enough to help us design the strategy, build the system, and make sure it is practical for our needs as a touring band and direct-to-fan business. We also aim to serve our professional clients with automatic email reminders, invoicing, digital payments, etc. This listing is for the initial buildout, but if the project goes well, we would be very interested in developing an ongoing working relationship for support, optimization, and continued management of this side of our business.
