ManyChat Automation Specialist Must send proof of experience with manychat specifically*** We're looking for an experienced ManyChat Automation Specialist to design, build, and optimize messaging automations across our social media platforms. This person will own the customer journey inside Instagram, Facebook, and other messaging channels by creating seamless automation workflows that increase engagement, capture leads, book appointments, and improve the customer experience. This is an ideal role for someone who loves building systems, understands marketing psychology, and enjoys turning conversations into conversions. What You'll Do Build and maintain advanced ManyChat automations for Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and other supported platforms Design customer journeys from initial engagement through lead capture, qualification, and appointment booking Create: Comment-to-DM automations Keyword-trigger workflows Story reply automations Welcome sequences FAQ flows Lead magnets and opt-in funnels Appointment booking workflows Customer support automations Integrate ManyChat with CRMs, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, Calendly, OpenAI, and other marketing tools Optimize workflows based on analytics, conversion rates, and customer behavior Troubleshoot automation issues and continuously improve user experience Collaborate with our marketing team on new campaigns and launches Document workflows so they are easy for the team to manage and update Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: 1+ years of hands-on ManyChat experience Proven experience building high-converting automation funnels Strong understanding of customer journey mapping Experience integrating ManyChat with third-party applications Familiarity with APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms Excellent communication and organization skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects Bonus Points Experience with Instagram growth strategies OpenAI / ChatGPT integrations CRM experience (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) Facebook Ads and Click-to-Messenger campaigns Basic copywriting experience Experience supporting online education, coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses Success Metrics (KPIs) Within the first 7 days, success will be measured by: Building and launching all requested automation workflows Reducing manual customer responses through automation Increasing qualified lead capture from social media Improving response time and customer experience Maintaining accurate documentation of all workflows Delivering projects on time with minimal revisions Continuously identifying opportunities to improve automation performance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who thinks beyond the software.
