Map Redesign for Holiday Complex

I run a holiday apartment complex and need someone to redesign the map that we give to guests to help them navigate around the complex and local area. The map should be clear, visually appealing, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate will have experience in map design and graphic design, ensuring the map is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. I have the current map that I can share, and I would like the designer to use Google maps to overlay local places of interests, road, beach etc to orientate the guest. The current map is a simple line map and i would like the new map to be more illustrative. I can provide examples of what I am looking for.
