We are looking for editors who understand ads past visuals, and can help us crack new angles, test concepts, and most importantly learn how to make their own ads unprompted. We are a small and relatively lean team. We have 5 insanely driven and connected people who collaborate together extremely well. And we have weekly learning and ideation calls, where we communicate,perform feedback loops, teach each other things, and ultimately grow and figure out the next steps to scale. I will work with you 1:1 and mentor you on creative strategy, guide you through making ads, and have other cs train you up from day 0. You will learn copywriting, the art that goes into writing hooks, and skills that take good video editors into exceptional ones. I spent the last 4 months in google docs writing solely native ads, posting them, and doing learnings on the results.
