General Market Research & Mystery Shopper Job Type: Freelance Job Description: We are looking for Mystery Shoppers to complete general market research tasks, evaluating various services, products, and customer experiences at designated locations (or online). Your feedback and observations will help businesses understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and improve customer satisfaction. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting locations or interacting with services, simulating the behavior of a regular customer, and then providing detailed feedback based on your experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research by visiting specific locations (physical stores, restaurants, etc.) or engaging with online services. Simulate the experience of an everyday customer, paying close attention to service quality, product presentation, cleanliness, and other key factors. Provide a thorough, unbiased report of your experience based on a series of predetermined criteria. Submit feedback through online forms, surveys, or reports that include your insights, ratings, and recommendations. Follow specific instructions regarding the scope of each task (e.g., completing a purchase, asking questions, or interacting with employees). Requirements: Strong attention to detail and ability to recall specific information about your experience. Good written communication skills to provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback. Ability to remain objective and impartial during the mystery shopping process. No previous experience required (training will be provided). Must be reliable and able to meet deadlines for submitting reports. Access to a computer, smartphone, and internet connection (if applicable for online services). Must be 18 years of age or older. Continuous work opportunities as new projects become available.
