Market Research VA for Local Home Service Companies

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help research local home service companies in Louisiana markets. This is not a sales calling role. This is a research and data organization role. You will research companies in categories such as roofing, landscaping, pest control, pool service, plumbing, outdoor living, home remodeling, pressure washing, and other home services. The goal is to find strong local companies that may be a good fit for a premium homeowner recognition platform. Responsibilities: - Research local home service companies by category and market - Use Google, Facebook, company websites, and other public sources - Find company name, website, phone number, email, owner/contact name if available - Record Google rating and number of Google reviews - Record Facebook page URL and follower count - Confirm the company serves the target market - Add notes about why the company appears strong or weak - Rank each company as A, B, C, or Reject - Keep the spreadsheet clean and accurate - Later, approved companies may be uploaded into GoHighLevel Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Good English reading and writing - Experience with Google Sheets - Ability to research using Google, Facebook, and company websites - Must be accurate, not just fast - Experience with GoHighLevel is helpful but not required - Experience researching local businesses is a plus Important: We care more about quality than speed.
