Market Researcher — Find an Underserved Niche / App Idea Worth Building (US/EU)

I’m a solo, non-technical founder who builds fast (AI-assisted dev stack — I can go from validated idea to working MVP in days). What I don’t have right now is a confirmed idea to point that speed at. I need a researcher to find one for me, not just analyze one I already have. What I’m looking for: A real, underserved problem in the US or EU consumer or small-business market where: • People are actively complaining or searching for a solution (not hypothetical pain — provable pain) • Existing solutions are weak, overpriced, outdated, or missing entirely • The fix could realistically be built as a lean app/web app (not something requiring hardware, deep regulatory approval, or massive capital) • There’s a believable path to revenue within the first few months, not just “nice to have” What I need delivered: 1. 5-8 candidate problem/idea areas, briefly described 2. For each: evidence of the pain (Reddit threads, app store 1-2 star reviews on near-competitors, “alternative to X” search volume, forum complaints — link your sources, don’t just assert it) 3. Who specifically would pay, and roughly how much 4. Your ranked top 3, with reasoning on why those beat the rest 5. For the #1 pick: a short competitor gap summary — what exists today, what it does badly, what a wedge product would need to do differently What I’m NOT looking for: generic “trending app ideas” listicles, AI-generated idea dumps with no sourcing, or anything requiring physical inventory/hardware/heavy regulation (fintech lending, healthcare diagnostics, etc.) Deliverable: written report (Google Doc/PDF fine), all claims sourced with links.
