Marketing Agency Needed to Market and Promote an App anda Website

We are looking for a digital marketing aagency to go beyond PPC campaigns. Please present allo options available. If your proposal is to run our Meta and Google ads you will not be considered. 1. We need a firm that can promote our app and website (FoxtailSports.com - If outside USA use a VPN to see our site). 2. Need a tailored approach that includes EXPEDITIOUS execution. Please don't apply if you take 2 weeks to do research, a month to "plan", 3 weeks to "set up a campaign". We have marketing nbackgrounds here and can suss out procrastination and inefficiencies. 3. We can do a flat fee or a hourly, as long as it is a fair fee. 4. We need to get KPIs of what the projected growth is. DO NOT APPLY if you are just looking to get the work in-house.
