Marketing Analytics & Lead Generation Specialist Needed We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics & Lead Generation Specialist to help us analyze our marketing performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve lead generation efforts across multiple channels. Responsibilities 1. Monitor and analyze website traffic from various sources and platforms 2. Track user behavior, traffic trends, and audience demographics by region 3. Evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights 4. Analyze email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement 5. Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion rates 6. Create reports and dashboards to track key marketing KPIs 7. Recommend strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and qualified leads 8. Conduct competitor and market research 9. Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys 10. Work closely with our team to implement data-backed marketing improvements Required Skills * Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) * Experience with Google Search Console * Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign analytics * Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization * Experience analyzing marketing data and creating reports * Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website traffic analysis * Ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and reporting abilities Preferred Qualifications * Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL) * Familiarity with marketing automation tools * Experience with Google Tag Manager * Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) * Experience creating marketing dashboards using Looker Studio or similar tools * Understanding of attribution models and customer acquisition metrics * Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Success Metrics (i) Improved website traffic quality and engagement (ii) Increased lead generation and conversion rates (iii) Better visibility into marketing performance (iv) Actionable recommendations that drive measurable business growth We are looking for someone who can not only analyze data but also provide strategic recommendations to help us attract more qualified leads and improve our overall marketing performance. This can evolve into a long-term engagement for the right candidate.
