Job Description We are seeking a highly responsible, ultra-responsive, and analytical Marketer/PM & Media Buyer to join our team part-time (up to 20 hours per week). This is a dynamic role that bridges the gap between data-driven media buying, AI-assisted creative production, and basic project management for junior team members. You will be responsible for generating ad creatives using cutting-edge AI tools, managing client ad accounts, keeping a hawk-eye on weekly budgets, and coordinating landing page edits in WordPress. Availability Requirement: You must be active and highly responsive on Slack Monday through Friday during standard business hours to communicate with leadership and handle urgent client requests. We will not be micromanaging but you will be held accountable for the work. To be clear, if you do not do the actual work, the project will end very quickly. Core Responsibilities 1. AI-Driven Ad Creative & Multi-Channel Media Buying Research and deeply understand client target markets, core pain points, Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), and psychological hooks. In many cases, this information is provided, but in some cases you will need to do research (reviewing their website, googling their brand, etc) Use AI tools (e.g., Arcads, AdMakeAi, Creatify, Midjourney, Canva AI, ElevenLabs, Runway, CapCut, or similar) to rapidly brainstorm, generate, and edit high-converting image and video ad creatives. You must either be familiar with these tools and how to use them, or have a willingness to learn them on your own time. Build, deploy, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads. Handle the client approval workflow seamlessly (organizing assets, presenting variations, and locking in approvals before launching). You will create ads, upload them to a folder, send them to a client for feedback, etc. Execute rigorous A/B split-testing structures (testing hooks, CTAs, copy, and visual elements) to maximize performance. 2. Budget Management & Quality Control (Crucial) Audit client account budgets weekly to ensure no overspending or underspending. Adjust daily/monthly budgets based on performance and target constraints. Proactively escalate any pacing, billing, or platform delivery issues directly to leadership before they become problems. 3. Reporting & Funnel Coordination Assist in drafting clear, data-driven monthly reports for clients detailing KPIs, insights, and scaling strategies, using various tool such as what converts, callrail, and agency analytics. Coordinate landing page creation and layout edits. We will train you on how to create landing pages with claude, if you do not know how to do so already, and then how to implement those pages on client websites. You will need to learn and be able to do this. Requirements & Qualifications Proven Experience (Highly Preferred): Past success managing paid traffic on Meta, Google, and YouTube with a focus on conversions. AI Native: Highly proficient with AI generation and editing suites for fast creative workflows. Extreme Ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You monitor budgets diligently and treat client money as if it were your own. Communication: Flawless written English and a commitment to rapid response times on Slack during weekdays. Hours & Compensation Hours: Up to 20 hours per week to start. Type: Ongoing contract. Rate: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
