About Us American Custom Contractors has been helping homeowners throughout Maryland, DC, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania improve and protect their homes for more than 50 years. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and exterior remodeling, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help keep our online presence fresh, engaging, and professional. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys digital marketing, content creation, social media, and working with websites. You'll have flexibility in your schedule while still collaborating with our team on marketing initiatives. What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be helping execute our day-to-day marketing efforts, including: Publish 3–4 blog articles per week in WordPress using our established procedures (including formatting content, adding headings and internal links, updating schema markup, optimizing images and featured photos). Content is provided, this position will only need to publish/post the content. Create and update pages on website. Content is provided. Upload photos of completed projects to company profiles including Google Business Profile, Yelp and other online directories Respond professionally to customer reviews across multiple platforms Create Facebook and Instagram posts featuring: recent customer reviews, before-and-after project photos, company updates Assist with other marketing projects as needed Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using WordPress, Elementor, and/or Canva (or eager to learn) Familiar with Facebook and Instagram business pages Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects Creative while following established branding guidelines What We Offer Flexible work schedule Opportunity for additional hours and growth Training on our systems and procedures Supportive team environment
