Summary

We are a growing financial planning practice seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Automation & Lead Generation Coordinator. The ideal candidate will help build and manage our prospecting and lead-generation systems, including online assessments, email automation, CRM management, LinkedIn marketing support, and appointment coordination. Responsibilities: • Build and manage online assessment funnels • Create and manage landing pages • Build automations within ActiveCampaign • Manage CRM records and lead tracking • Coordinate prospect follow-up • Schedule appointments for qualified prospects • Support LinkedIn content scheduling and engagement • Research local networking opportunities and referral partners • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements • Maintain organized reporting on lead activity Qualifications: • Experience with email marketing • Experience with CRM systems • Experience with landing page builders • Experience with lead generation campaigns • Strong written English communication skills • High attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing preferred Success Metrics: • Number of completed assessments • Number of qualified prospects identified • Number of appointments scheduled • CRM accuracy and organization • Campaign implementation and maintenance Hours: 10-15 hours per week initially with potential for long-term growth.
