Who I'm Looking For I'm looking for a long-term Marketing & Business Development Partner—not someone who simply posts on social media or runs generic marketing campaigns. I want someone who understands how to grow local home service businesses through strategy, execution, and measurable results. Ideally, you've helped businesses such as: Tile Contractors Remodeling Companies Painting Contractors Flooring Companies Roofing Companies HVAC Companies Plumbing Companies Electrical Contractors General Contractors Other local service businesses You should understand Local SEO, Google Business Profile, GoHighLevel, automation, lead generation, customer follow-up, and how all of those pieces work together to create consistent business growth. Responsibilities Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include: Develop and execute a local marketing strategy Improve Google Business Profile rankings Increase Local SEO performance Optimize Google Maps visibility Build and improve GoHighLevel automations Improve lead nurturing and follow-up systems Create Google Business Profile content Plan and schedule social media content Develop email and SMS campaigns Increase customer reviews Create referral programs Improve website content and conversion Track KPIs and marketing performance Recommend new growth opportunities Document repeatable marketing systems and SOPs What Success Looks Like Success isn't measured by likes or followers.
