Marketing Campaign Coordinator (Notion + AI)
Worldwide
About Us CodeSwitcher is a creative consultancy and AI agency building an AI-powered operational system using Notion and AI tools. We move quickly, leverage AI to eliminate low-value work, and rely on operationally rigorous team members who can maintain structure and accountability across multiple campaigns. In this role, being dependable, detail-oriented, and operationally disciplined is the most important value you can bring. Summary We are a creative consultancy and AI agency running a pay-per-call performance marketing operation built on Notion and AI-driven workflows. We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager who can take a marketing offer and drive it all the way to a live, tracked, optimized campaign — coordinating the people and steps in between, monitoring performance, and keeping everything moving without constant supervision. This is not a data-entry coordination role and it is not a creative role. It is an operator role. You will own a portfolio of niche campaigns end-to-end, running them in parallel across different verticals inside our existing systems. If you understand how a marketing offer becomes a live campaign — and you thrive on structure, accountability, and making sure nothing stalls — this role is for you. About the Operation We take defined marketing strategies (sourced from proven affiliate/pay-per-call playbooks) and turn them into a repeatable "money engine": offer → campaign brief → ad concepts → media buy → tracking → optimize. The strategy is already defined. Our job is execution discipline: getting campaigns live on the offer platform (MarketCall), running them through Meta/Facebook, and reading the numbers to decide what scales and what gets killed. The entire operation runs on Notion + AI skills (Claude). Briefs, concepts, compliance checks, and scoring are all AI-assisted through structured workflows we've built. You don't need to build these systems, but you must be genuinely comfortable operating inside AI-driven processes. The Cycle You'll Run You'll coordinate a campaign through its full lifecycle and keep each handoff on track: Offer — pull a live offer from MarketCall (details, payouts, compliance rules). Brief — our strategist generates a compliance-carrying campaign brief, logged in Notion down to its Campaign ID. Concepts — our copywriter generates ad concepts that follow the brief; concepts are scored via an AI focus group. Media buy — our media buyer builds the campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta using our taxonomy and rules, and configures tracking (MarketCall, Keitaro). Performance — you monitor how ads perform, watch spend gates, log metrics in the tracking sheet, and keep the Notion dashboard current with weekly rollups. Optimize — you flag what's hitting its gates to scale and what should be killed, and keep the team's tasks and SOPs moving. You won't personally write copy or place the media buys — you make sure the whole chain runs, on time, correctly, across multiple niches at once. Key Responsibilities Run niche campaigns in parallel — own several verticals (e.g. insurance, financial debt, home services, health) simultaneously and keep each one moving through the cycle. Drive the end-to-end process — coordinate the handoffs between strategist, copywriter, and media buyer so nothing waits on an unclear next step. Monitor performance — track spend, CTR, CPC, calls, and qualified calls; watch spend gates; log metrics accurately in the tracking sheet and maintain weekly dashboard rollups in Notion. Surface scale/kill signals — flag campaigns hitting their gates and campaigns that should be paused or killed, with the data to back the call. Maintain the systems — keep Notion databases (campaigns, ads, statuses, assignees, dates) accurate and current, using our taxonomy and naming conventions correctly. Refine and follow SOPs — work within established SOPs, improve them where they're unclear, and make sure teammates know how to execute their assigned tasks. Follow up and escalate — chase open and overdue items, and escalate blockers or compliance/operational risks promptly. What This Role Is NOT This is not a strategy or creative role. You will not be responsible for setting marketing strategy, writing ad copy, designing creative, or producing video. Those functions are already covered by the team. The value you bring is operational fluency across the whole cycle — reliability, coordination, performance discipline, and the ability to run multiple campaigns at once without dropping anything. Required Experience End-to-end campaign fluency You understand how a paid-media campaign actually comes together — offer, creative brief, ad concepts, media buy, tracking, and optimization — even if you don't personally execute every step. You can hold the whole pipeline in your head and drive it. Performance monitoring & tracking You're comfortable reading paid-media metrics (spend, CTR, CPC, cost per lead/call) and maintaining accurate tracking. You understand the difference between day-to-day optimization data and weekly reporting rollups, and you keep both clean. Notion proficiency You use Notion regularly and understand databases, views, properties, and structured workspaces. You don't need to build systems from scratch, but you must navigate and update existing ones accurately, following defined taxonomy. Multi-workstream coordination You've run several projects or campaigns in parallel and understand dependency tracking, deadline management, team follow-up, and operational accountability. Comfort with AI-driven workflows Our entire operation runs on AI skills (Claude) and structured prompts. You should be comfortable working inside these tools and trust — but verify — their output. Strong written communication (English) You communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely, and give accurate status updates without ambiguity. Attention to detail & instruction-following You read and execute carefully, and ask clarifying questions before starting rather than after mistakes occur. Async discipline You work independently in an asynchronous environment, provide proactive updates, and maintain consistent communication. Nice to Have: -Experience with pay-per-call or affiliate/performance marketing -Familiarity with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager (campaigns, ad sets, ads) -Exposure to tracking platforms (Keitaro, MarketCall, or similar) and attribution -Experience supporting creative agencies, marketing teams, or consulting firms -Familiarity with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT) -Experience with GoHighLevel, Asana, ClickUp, or similar PM platforms -Bilingual English / Spanish -Project Details -Type: Part-time to full-time ongoing contract -Availability: Minimum 15-20 hrs a week -Schedule: Flexible async with some overlap during US business hours (EST/CST preferred) -Communication: Daily async updates; weekly check-in call -Growth: Strong performers can grow into broader ownership of the marketing operation
