Marketing Cloud Tutor

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert with a mix of admin, developer, and data architect skills to tutor and train our Marketing Strategist on best practices for managing a Marketing Cloud environment. Our Marketing Strategist is in charge of steering business strategy for multiple clients in diverse industries, and the goal is for you to guid her in building her technical skills to help her make more informed technical strategy decisions and to be able to safely perform simple tasks herself in Salesforce. To start out, this will be a one hour session every week for two months, in which our team member will ask for advice for her clients, and/or explanations of how things work in Marketing Cloud. If we find the sessions to be productive, there's opportunity for extending the contract further, and possibly increasing frequency of sessions. Key areas we'd like you to be able to advise on will be techniques for maintaining data cleanliness, minimizing risk, minimizing technical debt, using automations to optimize workflows for efficiency, and choosing configuration options based on business goals and constraints unique to each client. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills with a well developed ability to explain complex technical concepts to non technically inclined people in a way that makes the topic approachable and easy to understand.
