IFTV Studios is working in Film and Media productions .Together as a group we specialise in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Telecommunications Engineering, Digital Media and Film Production while developing innovative international productions through IFTV Studios. Our work is expanding as IFTV Studios has produced a short film in France working in cooperation with Film, Documentary and Digital Media industries. IFTV Studios and its investment arm ACIT & IFTV are further expanding to USA and New Zealand markets. The project will extend to countries such as France, Japan, New Zealand from Gold Coast in wellness, beauty, travel and lifestyle related shows. IFTV Studios is in development for Short Films, Media productions for various industries, and Documentary production . As our organisation continues to expand globally, we are seeking a talented Marketing & Communications Manager Brand and PR relations expert to lead our public relations, digital marketing and brand communications across multiple companies and exciting international initiatives. This is a diverse role where education, technology, digital media, television production, AI, and international business come together. About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO, you will develop and implement integrated PR campaigns , marketing and communications strategies that strengthen our brands, increase attract education business, Personal empowering women and beauty brand , and promote our international film and television productions. The production company is in Gold Coast Queensland Australia, a film hub and education precinct. The college www.acit.edu.au and www.empoweringwomen.au are producing new documentary at IFTV Studios in Gold Coast and in France. You will work across: • Australian College of Information Technology (ACIT) • Institute of Film and Television (IFTV) • IFTV Studios • Sonya McGuire Enterprises • Empowering women Pty Ltd www.empoweringwomen.au • International film, television and documentary productions • Digital Media and AI initiatives • Corporate partnerships and sponsorships Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies. • Create and manage public relations campaigns and media releases. • Build relationships with journalists, media organisations and industry partners. • Manage company branding across all digital platforms. • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns for education, film production and international business initiatives. • Oversee SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility. • Analyse website traffic, keyword performance and marketing analytics. • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media. • Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and emerging digital platforms. • Coordinate photography, promotional videos and behind-the-scenes content. • Promote student success stories, industry partnerships and international collaborations. • Assist with sponsorship proposals, government submissions and media opportunities. • Support film launches, educational events, international conferences and promotional activities. • Collaborate with creative teams, videographers and graphic designers. SEO & Digital Marketing Experience Required Applicants should demonstrate experience in: • Technical SEO • On-page and off-page optimisation • Keyword research • Google Analytics • Google Search Console • SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms • Content marketing • Email marketing • Social media strategy • Google Business Profile optimisation • Marketing automation • Website content management (WordPress preferred) Public Relations Experience You will have experience in: • Corporate communications • Media relations • Press releases • Crisis communications • Brand management • Event publicity • Stakeholder engagement • Government and industry communications Essential Skills • Exceptional written and verbal English. • Outstanding copywriting and storytelling ability. • Strong organisational and project management skills. • Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously. • Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness. • Excellent attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. • Confidence dealing with executives, government agencies, education partners and media.
