Marketing & Content Generalist (AI Video, Social, Web) — B2B / Private Capital
Worldwide
We're a global private capital network. We host senior, invitation-led summits and private dinners for leaders across private equity, credit, and institutional investing. Our brand is refined, senior, and peer-led — not loud or salesy. (We'll share our company name and brand guide with shortlisted candidates.) We're looking for one AI-native content manager to own our LinkedIn presence and keep high-quality content going out consistently. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing & Design, who sets brand and direction — you bring the cadence, the execution, and a modern AI toolkit. This is a broad, hands-on role with a strong creative core. On the creative side, we want someone genuinely skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, and fluent with today's AI video generators, who turns our event footage and brand assets into polished short-form video, motion graphics, and on-brand posts. This is a senior finance audience, so everything has to look considered and premium, never generic AI slop or template-y. Just as important, this is our day-to-day marketing support. When our marketing lead is heads-down or away, you're the reliable second pair of hands: updating the website (adding sponsor logos, editing event pages in Squarespace using our existing code blocks), refreshing agenda and event decks in Google Slides, and handling the small production jobs that keep everything moving. You always work to our brand guide, and everything is reviewed before it ships. What you'll do: Plan and maintain a weekly LinkedIn content calendar for the company page (and support our founder/team profiles) Write clear, senior-toned captions in our brand voice (we'll share a brand guide and examples) Edit and produce short-form video and motion graphics from our event footage (Premiere Pro, After Effects) — highlight reels, speaker clips, captions, branded motion Create on-brand graphics and imagery in Photoshop, and generate new visuals and video with AI tools where it adds speed or scale Use AI to draft, repurpose, and scale content across the week, keeping everything on-brand and human-checked Schedule posts, engage with comments, and grow our following within the private capital community Keep the website current in Squarespace — add sponsor logos, update event pages and sections using our existing code blocks Update agenda and event decks in Google Slides, on-brand and presentation-ready Step in on day-to-day marketing production when our lead is unavailable Report on what's working (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust You are: Based in Europe or South Africa, able to work within UK / European business hours (please don't apply if you're outside these time zones) Experienced running LinkedIn for a B2B, finance, professional-services, or events brand A clean writer with a mature, professional tone — this audience is senior Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, including motion graphics Fluent with AI video generators (Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, or similar) and AI image tools, and able to blend them with hand craft Able to build efficient workflows and stay current as the AI tools change Organised and consistent — you keep a calendar full and posts on schedule without chasing Comfortable making edits in Squarespace and building/updating decks in Google Slides A dependable generalist who can pick up varied marketing tasks and run with them with little hand-holding Able to follow a brand guide closely and take art direction, so everything reads on-brand Nice to have: Familiarity with private equity / private capital / financial services Experience with LinkedIn scheduling tools and light analytics A clear point of view on where AI genuinely improves B2B content, and where it doesn't How we work: All content is reviewed and approved before it goes live. Brand voice and look are everything to us, so attention to detail and consistency matter more than volume. Monthly scope (please quote a fixed monthly price for this): A typical month is 12 LinkedIn posts (caption + on-brand graphic, about 3 per week), 4 short-form videos (30–45 seconds) edited from footage we provide, scheduling plus daily community management, a short monthly performance snapshot, and ongoing marketing production support as needed — website updates in Squarespace, deck edits in Google Slides, and small production jobs. Please tell us your fixed monthly price to deliver this scope. The price should cover a reasonable amount of the ad-hoc support; anything larger (a full new page build or a big video project) we'd scope and agree separately. If you price differently, show us your breakdown too. To apply, please answer the screening questions and include your fixed monthly quote.
