We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help scale our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth for both sides of our marketplace (families and caregivers). Position Overview As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing MeetCaregivers’ marketing strategy. You will be the engine behind our digital campaigns, social media channels, content creation, and community outreach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a versatile marketer who loves storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact on healthcare and aging. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Management Manage and grow MeetCaregivers’ presence across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X). Design engaging visual assets, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and copy tailored to both family decision-makers and professional caregivers. Write and optimize educational blog posts, newsletters, and website content focused on senior care, aging in place, and caregiving tips. Email & Digital Marketing Support Build, segment, and deploy weekly email marketing campaigns for families and care professionals using our CRM/marketing automation tools. Assist in tracking and analyzing performance metrics for Google Ads, paid social media, and SEO campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI). Conduct continuous A/B testing on email subject lines, templates, and landing pages to improve engagement. Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinate local community events, webinars, and partnerships with senior centers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. Manage the production and distribution of physical marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, promotional items). Monitor online reviews and brand mentions, engaging with our community to maintain a positive online reputation. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of professional marketing experience (internships count!). Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or marketplace startups is a major plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Digital Toolkit: Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite), and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of Google Analytics and how to interpret digital data to improve campaigns. Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail. Adaptability: A self-starter attitude who can juggle multiple projects and comfortably pivot as priorities shift.
