Marketing & Creative Design Commercial Real Estate Development & Property Management Firm Location: Palm Beach County, FL Our growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Design Intern to assist with branding, marketing initiatives, leasing presentations, and digital content creation across our portfolio of retail and office properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in commercial real estate, branding, graphic design, marketing, and business development to gain hands-on experience working directly with ownership and senior leadership. Responsibilities • Design professional marketing materials for commercial properties • Create leasing flyers, pitch decks, presentations, and brochures • Assist with branding initiatives and property identity development • Develop graphics and visual content for social media, websites, and emails • Support photography, renderings, and visual presentation efforts • Collaborate on creative direction for signage, tenant marketing, and promotions Qualifications • Proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint and/or Canva • Graphic design and visual layout experience • Marketing-oriented mindset with attention to branding and presentation quality • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Interest in commercial real estate, architecture, branding, or development is a plus Preferred Skills • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred but not required • Social media content creation • Basic video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus • Photography or rendering experience is a bonus What This Internship Offers • Direct exposure to commercial real estate operations and development • Real-world experience working on active projects and properties • Portfolio-building design and marketing work • Mentorship from experienced real estate professionals To apply, please submit: • Resume • Portfolio or examples of work (if available) • Brief introduction outlining interest in the position
