Summary

The Marketing Data & Insights Manager is responsible for supporting client marketing and distribution teams through data management, reporting, analysis, and actionable insights. This role serves as the primary owner of marketing performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic value across multiple platforms and reporting environments. Key Responsibilities Pull, access, and manage data across platforms including Qlik, Looker, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and HubSpot Clean, QA, and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity Build and maintain reporting models, dashboards, pivot tables, and recurring performance reports Analyze marketing and distribution performance data to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights Synthesize findings before and after presentations to support strategic decision-making Partner closely with marketing and distribution teams to determine analytical needs and reporting priorities Deliver ad hoc analysis and custom reporting requests in a timely manner Support ongoing optimization of reporting processes, workflows, and scalability of data operations Act as a client-facing analytical partner, translating complex data into clear business recommendations Preferred Qualifications Experience working with BI and analytics platforms such as Qlik, Looker, and Snowflake Strong proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and data modeling Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms including SFMC and HubSpot Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to active business requests Experience supporting marketing, distribution, or business intelligence teams Future-State Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with cross-functional collaboration.
