Marketing Designer Needed (Commercial Real Estate Brokerage)

Overview I’m looking for a reliable designer to support the ongoing marketing needs of a commercial real estate brokerage based in Cincinnati. The majority of the work will involve creating and updating marketing materials using existing brand standards and templates, while occasionally developing new layouts and creative concepts when needed. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person, with an estimated workload of approximately 5–10 hours per week. Responsibilities Property brochures and offering memorandums Property flyers Market reports Case studies Presentation decks Social media graphics Event and promotional materials Infographics and data visualizations General marketing collateral Requirements Strong graphic design skills Experience with commercial real estate, B2B, financial, or professional services marketing preferred Ability to work within existing brand guidelines Strong typography and layout skills Attention to detail Ability to organize and manage files through Dropbox Ability to turn around projects quickly while maintaining quality Ideal Candidate I’m looking for someone who can take direction well, communicate clearly, and consistently produce polished, professional marketing materials. This role is less about creating an entirely new brand and more about efficiently executing high-quality design work that supports an established marketing program.
