Marketing & Dev Project Manager
Worldwide
About us We're a fast-growing financial education brand named Tax Lien Code that acquires customers through paid traffic, multi-step landing pages, email/SMS nurture, and live preview events. We move fast, test constantly, and have a lot of moving parts across marketing and development. We need someone to help our marketing managers keep all of it on the rails. The role You'll be the connective tissue between our marketing team (copywriters, designers, media buyers) and our developers (landing pages, funnel tech, integrations). You're not doing the marketing or the coding yourself — you're making sure the right work gets to the right person, on time, and ships clean. If you've run marketing funnels and coordinated dev sprints and genuinely enjoy turning chaos into a calendar, this is for you. What you'll own Run the project board (Monday) and keep every task scoped, assigned, and on deadline. Coordinate the funnel build cycle: ad creative → landing pages → email/SMS sequences → A/B tests → reporting. Make sure handoffs between marketers and devs don't fall through the cracks. Manage developer tasks for landing page builds, funnel integrations, tracking/pixels, and bug fixes — translating marketing requests into clear, buildable tickets. Help keep brand and messaging consistent across every touchpoint (ads, pages, emails, SMS) by enforcing our brand messaging on every deliverable before it ships. Run a tight weekly cadence: standups, sprint planning, status updates, and a clear "what's blocked / what's next" view for leadership. Maintain timelines for launches and live events, working backward from hard dates so nothing slips. Document processes and SOPs as we scale so the machine runs the same way every time. You're a fit if you have 3+ years managing marketing and/or web-dev projects (agency or in-house performance-marketing environment strongly preferred). Hands-on experience coordinating paid-funnel work: landing pages, email/SMS automation, and A/B testing. Comfort writing clear dev tickets and managing developers without being a developer yourself. Fluency in at least one PM tool and the discipline to actually keep it updated. Sharp written communication and a bias toward over-communicating status. A reliable overlap with US MST business hours. Bonus points for Experience in info-products, coaching, education, or live/virtual events. Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Hubspot, Meta Ads Manager, Zapier/Make, email platforms. Basic understanding of tracking, attribution, and pixels (enough to QA, not to build).
