Marketing Execution Lead (Fractional) Type: Fractional / part-time (est. 15–25 hrs/week) Reports to:Head of CRO Creative Works across: Various Supplement Brands. The role in one sentence You are the hands that ship. Strategy, frameworks, and direction already exist — your job is to execute them flawlessly, manage the moving pieces, and close the loops so that ideas become live, tested, revenue-generating assets instead of sitting half-finished. This is not a "think for us" seat. It's a "make it real, on time, without being chased" seat. The single most valuable trait is follow-through. What you'll own Funnel execution: Build and launch VSL funnels, landing pages, and PDPs in Shopify against provided wireframes and copy direction. Wire up upsells, order bumps, volume tiers, and Subscribe & Save. Split testing: Set up, launch, and monitor A/B tests; maintain a clean test log; report results without being asked. Content production management: Run the editorial calendar and video production workflow already in place. Keep ad creative and organic content moving from brief to published. Performance reporting: Pull and maintain weekly performance snapshots (ROAS, CPC, conversion, AOV by SKU). Flag anomalies early rather than at month-end. Loop-closing: Track every open thread across projects and drive them to done. Anticipate the next step instead of waiting for it. What success looks like in 90 days Nothing assigned to you is "stuck" or waiting on a status request. The VN Shopify site is live, tested, and iterating. Test velocity is up — more launched, measured, and documented per month. Jose can hand off a brief and trust it ships correctly without re-explaining. You're a fit if you Have hands-on experience executing DR / DTC funnels (supplements or health a big plus). Are fluent in Shopify, page builders, and at least one testing/analytics stack. Are organized to a fault — you live in checklists and never drop a thread. Are comfortable with compliance-sensitive copy (you'll flag regulatory risk, not ignore it). Move fast, communicate proactively, and prefer low-friction systems over process for its own sake. Can take strong opinions and direction without ego, and improve on execution within the lines drawn. You're not a fit if you Want to redesign the strategy or "own the vision." Need every task spelled out and re-confirmed. Go quiet when something's blocked.
