Marketing Executive – Content Creation & Campaign Management Help Build The Brand Behind A Fast-Growth Private Equity Executive Search Firm Raw Selection is a specialist executive search firm working with Private Equity firms and PE-backed companies across Europe and North America. We are building the leading executive search firm in the Private Equity sector. That requires elite marketing, sharp content, strong positioning, and someone who can turn ideas into polished output quickly. We are looking for a Marketing Executive – Content Creation & Campaign Management to join us remotely on a permanent, ongoing basis. This is not a one-off freelance project. We are looking for a long-term partner who can become a key contributor to the growth of Raw Selection. The Role You will be responsible for turning our ideas, notes, search work and market insights into high-quality marketing assets. This role sits at the centre of our brand, talent attraction, client positioning, and content engine. Your work will help us: Attract executive talent Promote live search mandates Build credibility with Private Equity firms Strengthen our digital presence Increase awareness of Raw Selection Support the growth of the business What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include: Turning rough notes into polished write-ups for client presentations Writing compelling job advertisements for senior executive mandates Building high-quality Talent Engagement Packs — job descriptions on steroids Writing persuasive LinkedIn posts to attract executive talent Creating image-based posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels Designing content in Canva Creating, maintaining, and updating live search reports Managing written and visual content campaigns Improving the quality, consistency, and positioning of our marketing output Helping shape the content strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, and candidate attraction campaigns Why This Role Matters Marketing is a serious growth lever for Raw Selection. The content we produce helps us win clients, attract candidates, build authority, and position the firm at the top of the Private Equity executive search market. You will be helping build the voice, brand, and market presence of an ambitious business with serious growth plans. The right person will have a direct impact on how Raw Selection is seen by candidates, clients, Private Equity firms, and future employees. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: An excellent writer Highly detail-focused Commercially minded Fast-moving Organised Strong with tone of voice Confident improving rough content Good at turning ideas into finished work Comfortable working independently Responsive during UK working hours Obsessed with quality Able to take feedback and improve quickly Written English must be excellent. Not good. Excellent. If grammar, detail, formatting, and tone are not natural strengths, this role will not be the right fit. Requirements You must have: Near-native written English Proven experience in content creation or marketing Excellent attention to detail Experience using Canva Ability to work Monday to Friday Availability for 2–3 hours per day Strong communication and follow-through Bonus Points We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, highly detail-focused, and serious about producing excellent work.
