Marketing Expert for Book Series

I am looking for a marketing professional to help promote a series of self-published Romance novels. Specifically, I am looking for someone with proven industry experience who can reach the right readers in the right places. At the very least, I want a marketing approach that includes amazon ads (specifically those that actually result in sales) as well as tasteful, non-AI potential social media posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. I would appreciate more traditional approaches with outreach to bookstores as well. Please give a high-level overview of your intended approach, as well as proof of your experience and results.
