A4 Marketing Flyer

I am looking for someone to create new double sided A4 Flyers for our business that will target different Markets. we want to start with the retail market like shopping centres. I have attached our current flyer "WHY LINK For Retail" for the retail space, however it needs to be enhanced. I used ChatGTP to make one, which I like but I want this professional created. I dont like the word "Smarter" being used as it is not broad enough. There is additional ongoing work for this, with many different markets to create.
