Marketing Graphic Designer

I need a marketing designer to create me marketing material for our brand. The company is a cannabis company. We need flayers, billboards, printing. We are a fast-paced cannabis brand looking for a sharp, efficient Graphic Designer to design a suite of print-ready marketing materials, large-format assets, and realistic digital mockups. We lean heavily into a clean, minimalist, high-end aesthetic—no busy or cluttered layouts. Crucial Requirement: We require the final working source files for all deliverables. All work must be original and built from scratch. No AI-generated imagery. Scope of Work & Deliverables: Print Marketing: Design high-quality flyers, event promotional materials, and print collateral. Large Format & Outdoor: Design high-impact layouts for billboards and large event signage. Digital Mockups: Create realistic, high-end product and packaging mockups for presentations. Final Delivery: Provide fully layered, clean Photoshop (.PSD) or Illustrator (.AI) working files, alongside print-ready PDFs (correct bleeds, safe zones, and CMYK profiles). What We’re Looking For: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, bold typography and modern layouts. Deep experience handling large-format print design (billboards) and technical print specifications. Advanced skills in creating premium, realistic digital product mockups from scratch. Ability to deliver organized, well-named, layered working source files.
