Marketing & Growth Manager for Online Greek Course (German Market)

About Me I am a Greek language teacher and content creator. I have built a complete online Greek course for German speakers, including: • 70+ video lessons • Interactive exercises • Quizzes • Worksheets • Regular live Q&A sessions • A growing Instagram community My goal is to significantly increase course sales and build a long-term education brand. What I’m Looking For I’m looking for someone who understands marketing and conversions, not just social media. You should have experience growing and selling online courses, digital products, memberships or coaching programs. I already create a lot of content myself. What I need is someone who can turn attention into sales. Responsibilities • Develop a conversion-focused marketing strategy • Analyze my Instagram, YouTube and website • Improve the customer journey from follower to buyer • Create launch campaigns for my course • Plan content focused on conversions (not only reach) • Optimize landing pages and calls-to-action • Suggest lead magnets and email marketing ideas • Build and manage an affiliate strategy • Research competitors in the language-learning niche • Track results and continuously improve the strategy Nice to Have Experience with one or more of the following: • LearnWorlds • Digistore24 • Meta Ads • Google Ads • Email marketing (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Brevo, etc.) • Online education businesses Compensation I’m looking for a long-term collaboration.
